  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is a type of therapy that helps you heal from past painful or traumatic experiences. It works by using guided eye movements or other forms of gentle stimulation to help your brain process and release stuck memories and emotions. This allows you to feel less triggered by the past and more present and calm in your everyday life.

  • IFS (Internal Family Systems)

IFS is a therapy approach that helps you understand and care for the different “parts” of yourself—like the part that feels anxious or the part that tries to keep you safe by avoiding things. It focuses on building a supportive relationship with all your inner parts so you can feel more balanced, whole, and at peace.
